How quickly can you repair my appliance?
Call before noon and we do our best to have a technician at your door the same day. Evening and weekend appointments are available across the Valley and the Westside.
Which areas of Los Angeles do you serve?
Los Angeles itself plus Encino, Sherman Oaks, Studio City and Pacific Palisades, and the neighboring communities on the same routes. Check the locations page for the full service area.
Do I get an arrival window or a whole day?
A window, not a day. You also get a call from the technician when they are on the way, which in LA traffic matters more than the original slot.
What should I have ready when the technician arrives?
Access to the appliance and its power or gas shut-off, and the model number if you have it. For built-ins, clearing the cabinet in front saves real time.

Are your technicians insured and background-checked?

Do you warranty your appliance repairs?
Yes. Every repair comes with a warranty on both parts and labor, backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If the same fault returns inside the warranty period, we come back at no charge.
Do you use genuine manufacturer parts?
We order through manufacturer and authorized-distributor channels rather than marketplace listings. Where a high-quality equivalent makes better sense for an older machine, we say so and let you choose.
Will the repair be finished in one visit?
Usually. Trucks carry the parts that actually fail on the platforms common in LA homes. When something rare has to be ordered, we book the return visit before leaving rather than leaving you to chase it.
Can you work on an appliance still under manufacturer warranty?
We can, but check your terms first: some manufacturers void coverage unless an authorized servicer does the work. If yours does, we will tell you rather than take the job and cost you the warranty.

Is it worth repairing my appliance, or should I replace it?
It depends on the age of the machine, how central the failed part is and how the appliance has held up otherwise. Our technicians give you an honest assessment either way, with no upselling.
Do you handle commercial equipment?
Light commercial — café, small restaurant, office and building laundry equipment. Heavy commercial kitchen lines are outside what we take on, and we will point you to a specialist rather than experiment on your equipment.
Do you work with landlords and property managers?
Regularly, across multi-unit buildings and short-term rentals. We can coordinate access with tenants directly and invoice the manager or owner.
